AAOC staff positions are organized by responsibility so pilots always know where to take a question, request, or mission proposal.
| Office | Responsibility | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Commanding Officer | Command direction, standards, partnerships, and final policy approval | Command-administered |
| Deputy Commander | Daily coordination, staff alignment, and continuity | To be appointed |
| Director of Operations | Mission design, event calendar, taskings, and after-action program | To be appointed |
| Director of Training | Orientation, aircraft qualifications, evaluators, and training records | To be appointed |
| Personnel Officer | Registration review, roster administration, ranks, awards, and assignments | To be appointed |
| Division Leads | Division-specific readiness, mission standards, and pilot support | To be appointed |
Use the authenticated crew portal and command announcements for support. Operational questions should go first to the relevant division lead; account and roster questions should go to Personnel.
Leadership appointments will be posted as the roster grows. Selection will prioritize consistent participation, constructive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to help others succeed.
